Just like the beloved original, Gothic 1 Remake has a brutal learning curve and is rough around the edges, but it’s also an outstanding example of updating an old classic without diluting what made it great.
The beloved, but underplayed, 2001 open-world fantasy RPG is getting another chance with Gothic 1 Remake, and it’s being done the hard, but hopefully satisfying way.
